TepperMind™ is operated by Scott J. Tepper. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using TepperMind™, you agree to the practices described here.

- Account information — name and email provided when creating a MemberSpace account
- Payment information — billing details processed by Stripe. TepperMind™ does not store credit card numbers.
- Tutor inputs — messages submitted through the AI tutor, processed through Anthropic's API
- Usage data — general site usage data collected through Netlify hosting
- Communications — records of direct contact by phone or email
3. Tutor Input Warning
Do not submit highly sensitive personal information, medical information, confidential third-party information, or other sensitive data through the tutor or site. Tutor inputs may be processed through third-party AI infrastructure providers used to operate the Service.
4. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and maintain your subscription and access to the AI tutor
- Process payments through Stripe and MemberSpace
- Respond to support requests and communications
- Send service-related notices (receipts, subscription updates)
- Improve the quality and performance of the tutoring system
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for advertising.
5. Third-Party Vendors
- MemberSpace — subscriber accounts and access control
- Stripe — payment processing and billing
- Anthropic — AI tutor infrastructure; messages processed through their API
- Netlify — website hosting and functions
Each vendor operates under its own privacy policy. TepperMind™ is not responsible for third-party data practices.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period thereafter. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us directly.

- Opt out of non-essential communications
8. California Residents (CCPA)
California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. TepperMind™ does not sell personal information.
9. Security
Payment processing is handled by Stripe, which maintains PCI-DSS compliance. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
TepperMind™ is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
